  29. TED has just made a very bad mistake in posting the article above (the
  30. fact that it is under the moniker of Lockheed Martin just makes it
  31. even worse, because now they have to be contacted and are involved
  32. just as much as TED now is).

  34. The website which TED references contains libelous per se html pages.
  35.  
  36. It is clear that Dennison has succeeded in his attempt to repeat their
  37. offense in his article above by posting my company name and title
  38. above the libelous per se website, in order to: 
  39.  
  40. 1.  "disparage a man in his profession, office, trade or occupation"
  41. (De Pasquale v Westchester Newspapers, 8 NYS.2d 929, 931, 170 Misc
  42. 268; Washer v Bank of America Nat Trust & Savings Assn, 21 Cal.2d 822,
  43. 137 P.2d 297, 301, 155 ALR 1338);  and
  44.  
  45. 2.  "tend to injure reputation and to expose to public hatred,
  46. contempt or shame" (Hall v Binhamton Press Co, Sup, 29 NYS.2d 760,
  47. 769,772).

  49. So far the above article is a civil matter; do not do it again.  As of
  50. CRS, 1994 Supplement, criminal libel in Colorado is a class 6 felony.
